The coin operated Kiddie ride was a joy to a generation of children. This ride is ready for restoration for the next generation.
The two seat truck appears have its coin changer and control board, but they have fallen out of alignment in the control stand. Assume they are damaged and not operational. Normally, the coin changer and control board are removed. The coin/control stand appears to be in great shape. It is assumed the motor is working.
The body of the ride is fiberglass and can be repaired with fiberglass, sanded and repainted. Vinyl, now commonly used to decorate service vehicles, might also be a good option for an updated version of a ride with a good base coat.
