Countryside Closeouts is a liquidator of general merchandise. Our merchandise is for business customers. As such, all sales are final. All returns are made at our discretion and only on a case by case basis. Generally, we expect notification as soon as you discover something incorrect. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Agreements
Countryside Closeouts will only provide return shipping as per an verbal or written agreement, otherwise return shipping is not provided for any returned items. All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes pallets or cases of items, which must remain unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
